Wow! what a great response to our Open House today. Thank you all for coming out to check our facility and meet with our teachers. It was wonderful to meet with the new families moving into Prosper. A big Welcome to all of you and your beautiful families. If for some reason you were unable to be with us today,  no worries, please feel free to call us on Monday and we will be happy to set up a tour for you to show you around our school. Have a great week end.

Let them try!

Denise Williams Hohnholt thank you for always allowing me to grow and make my own mistakes. supporting me through those. then picking up the pieces. i couldnt ask for a better mother.
Well the degree of control starts at the dinner table: allow choice within reason. Subtle ways to prompt the child to make a decision, to have a choice. Then at school the children get told to sit on ground, which makes the teacher talk down at them. Not in all schools, only those educators who cultivate the them vs us 'master vs convict' mentality. Environment and education shape character.
Whenever the pendulum swings too far one way with one generation, it tends to swing far in the opposite direction with the next generation. Balancing acts appear difficult for the erratic humanoids.
TiffanyArcilla .. this is what i am telling you.. I will not miss the opportunity to let you learn on your own.
I'm not saying this is right or wrong, but when you tell your kid for the 1001+ time to do something differently, because what they have been attempting before is STILL not working.....then I have to step in. That's not called letting them fail, that's called parenting - showing them the right way, the easier way, if they would just TRY it that way. Grown ups don't always know better, but if you are a grown up - an adult - you survived childhood and, therefore, are afforded the right to aid and assist those who seem to be stumbling and having a rather difficult time with it. Just my mom perspective, so don't go reading too much into it.
Wish my mother in law would learn this for her 34 , 31 and 22yr old ' babies ' still hasnt cut the umbilical cord
That's true, our mom didn't like us to say I can't! She would say can't could never do anything, now you just try!
Bub Hardin this is why I turned out so fearless and why Landon will too
SOME decisions. Some. Not ALL. The balance is WAY off nowadays.
Damien this is what we talk about 💪🏻
Gemma Jammas "It's learning not to be afraid to try" ... still in doubts? 😊
Is this poison Ivy in the picture??! Just noticed. Lol😮
Teach them “how to think” not “what to think”
Somebody call the helicopter mums!
God ide så kære forældre lad jeres børn blive det de vil uden I er over dem hele tiden, hvis I forstår hvad det betyder!
You raised a strong, capable, independent, responsible daughter. I'd say you know what you're talking about.
Oh, how I would like to turn the clock back and do some things differently!!
This is so on point Alex Xander Yu 😘
That should come in a handbook
Sara Perl made me think of you!
treat your kids with respect and they will flourish into confident adults!!
Unfortunately some parents never get that simple message.
Mallory McCord Batio This!! Remember you telling me this when I asked how you raised the most perfect child!

As parents, we have noticed a tremendous advancement in our son’s learning and his interaction with other children.
